Absolutely. All online transactions through Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.

At the moment, we accept payments via Cash on Delivery, Easypaisa, and JazzCash only. Card payment options may be introduced in the future — stay tuned!

We do not offer cash refunds or amount returns. However, if your item qualifies, we will issue a store credit coupon of equal value, redeemable anytime on zarwahijab.pk with no expiry pressure.

Yes! Log into your Zarwa Hijab account and submit an exchange request through our online portal, or contact our customer care team. Send the item back to our head office and once inspected, we'll dispatch your replacement as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologize! In this case, we will arrange a free doorstep pickup — no shipping charges on your end. Contact us immediately and our team will resolve it promptly.

All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. After this window, we are unable to process exchange requests.

Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are generally not eligible for exchange, except in cases of genuine defects or incorrect items received.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Standard orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days across Pakistan. During sale periods, please allow 5 to 7 business days.

Delivery is FREE on orders above Rs. 4,990. A flat fee of Rs. 230 applies to orders below that amount.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID. Use it to follow your order in real time through our courier partner's portal.

Yes, you can cancel your order any time before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and our exchange policy will apply upon delivery.
