At Zarwa Hijab, we are committed to delivering your modest fashion orders quickly, safely, and affordably to every corner of Pakistan. Whether you're ordering hijabs, abayas, or modest wear, our delivery process is designed to give you complete peace of mind from checkout to doorstep.

Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery time across Pakistan is 2 to 4 business days from the date your order is confirmed and dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city and courier availability in your area.

Delivery Charges

  • 🚚 Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 4,990
  • A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to all orders below Rs. 4,990

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options at checkout:

  • 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • 📱 Easypaisa
  • 📱 JazzCash

⚠️ Important: Please always select "Pay Online in Pakistan" when paying by card. Using the native/international card method will result in additional conversion, payout, and processing charges — and these extra charges are non-refundable.

If you opt for Cash on Delivery, please have your payment ready for the rider and kindly pay before opening your package.

Government Tax

As per Government of Pakistan regulations, a 4% tax is applied to your order total. This amount is collected by the courier company on behalf of the government and is not a charge imposed by Zarwa Hijab.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address. As soon as your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID will be sent so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery During Sales & Promotions

  • Orders placed during sale events may take 5 to 7 business days to process and deliver
  • Free shipping does not apply during active sale periods — standard delivery charges will be applicable
  • No returns or exchanges are entertained for items purchased at sale prices, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received
